XT Fitness is two gyms in one!  

 

1. We offer class based instruction for our members that is based on functional movements and is a complete & total body workout.  It is a different, unique workout every time you come to class.  You don’t have to think about what to do or how to do it.  Your instructor will explain everything at the beginning of class and will motivate you and provide encouragement throughout class.  Our classes are perfect for beginners, youth, seniors, and serious hard-core athletes.  Everything is scaled to your individual level of fitness.  

 

2. We offer Ninja Warrior obstacles and training classes for both adults and kids.

 

Most importantly, we have fun camaraderie at XT and a community of members that will make you want to keep coming!

MEET OUR TEAM

Nichole Coleman

Nichole Coleman is a full-time working wife and mother who understands the challenges of balancing work, family and fun.  She knows it can be hard to work fitness into your schedule but has learned from experience the benefits of consistent exercise in a fun, class setting.  Through a 28 month period Nichole learned how to eat and live a healthy lifestyle and with the added exercise at XT Fitness she lost 47 pounds; has more energy and a positive attitude and is in the best shape of her life - which says a lot since she spent seven years in the Air Force.

 

Exercise has also been a helpful and healthy way for Nichole to manage and deal with anxiety and depression.  The camaraderie that is developed in the XT Fitness classes makes it a great environment to make healthy lifestyle changes.  She looks forward to encouraging others to set personal goals, achieve them and then set more!

Sue Pasche

Sue grew up in Flint, Michigan, where she was active in sports and fitness. She became a fitness instructor while she was in college more than 35 years ago. She has earned certifications in group exercise instruction, cycling, kick boxing and, most recently, yoga. She loves being outdoors, including running and either road or mountain biking and loves a beautiful sandy beach on a Michigan lake or the ocean.

 

"My true passion is sharing my fitness knowledge and helping others to become healthy and happy - either in a class setting or individually. The fitness industry is always changing, bringing new philosophies and techniques. It’s both exciting and rewarding to be on a team in a gym that embraces those changes while challenging its members to take it to the next level – to be the best they can be. XT Fitness is a big, fun playground for all ages."
